    • Refund: 100% of paid amount.
  2. Technical Failure:
    • If the program could not proceed due to verified technical issues (on our platform’s side).
    • Refund: Full or partial depending on session progress.
  3. program/Appointment Cancellation:
    • By Listener:
      • If cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time – 100% refund or reschedule.
      • Less than 2 hours – no refund.
    • By Host:
      • 100% refund or free rescheduling option.
  4. Duplicate Payments:
    • In case of accidental double payment, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
